Jade University of Applied Sciences is located in Northern Germany. It was founded in 2009 and has some 6700 students studying at six different faculties. In total, 37 under-graduate and 10 post-graduate degree courses are offered. The Faculty of Maritime Studies was founded as a Navigation School in 1871. Some 550 students are enrolled in the three under-graduate degree courses of Nautical Sciences, Maritime Economics and Port Management and International Logistics Management as well as in the post-graduate degree course of Maritime Management.

Antwerp Maritime Academy (AMA) - BE

The Antwerp Maritime Academy is the only college in Belgium offering training in Nautical Sciences and Marine Engineering. Courses are taught in Dutch and French. There are 38% foreign (non-Belgian) students with 22 different nationalities. The Antwerp Maritime Academy is a member of the “Association of Antwerp University and Colleges” (AUHA) which carries out education and research into a broad range of topics including the Maritime Industry.
